JUNIOR MEDIA SALES

StoreBoost is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Media Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in media sales, gain hands-on experience, and work with major retailers and brands across the UK and Europe.

As a Junior Media Sales Executive, you will help identify opportunities, support the sales process, and build relationships with clients and media agencies. You will work closely with our experienced sales and new business team, learning how to pitch ideas, manage a pipeline, and contribute to campaigns that drive real-world results for our clients.

StoreBoost specialises in real-time proximity marketing, helping brands reach customers in retail environments such as malls, airports, and the high street. Our ad platform delivers dynamic, location-based campaigns that increase footfall and sales.

This role is perfect for someone with 6+ months to 1 year of experience in sales, account support, or a related field – or for a motivated graduate who is eager to learn and grow in the media industry.

 

The Role

As a Junior Media Sales Executive, you will:
• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients for media sales opportunities
• Support the senior sales team in building and maintaining client relationships
• Help create proposals and pitch materials to respond to client briefs
• Learn how to manage and track a sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Support sales meetings, calls, and presentations with the team
• Help prepare basic sales reports and contribute to forecasts
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities (with guidance and support)
• Provide excellent service to clients, ensuring their needs are met

 

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has some experience in sales, business development, account support, or customer-facing roles
• Is eager to build a career in media sales and learn from experienced colleagues
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is organised, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively
• Enjoys building relationships and talking to new people
• Has a positive attitude and can stay resilient when faced with challenges
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM software
