AD OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

StoreBoost is looking for a Ad Operations Executive to join their fast-growing real-time marketing company. We specialise in dynamic digital advertising for major brands and retailers like L'Oréal, Boots, and Michael Kors. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to ensure excellent project delivery and help build our processes for future growth.

 

The Role

 

You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of a campaign, from the initial client scoping to final reporting. You'll work closely with our production team, creative agencies, and media owners. A key part of your role will be supporting the management of our proprietary footfall data setups, a unique selling point for StoreBoost. We are seeking a team player with 2+ years of experience in digital delivery management to help us maintain our high standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage campaigns from production through to delivery and live stages.

  • Work with client teams and creative agencies on initial project scoping.

  • Oversee a 2-6 week production cycle, including creative development and technical feasibility.

  • Perform initial quality assurance (QA) on project assets (e.g., video files, PSDs).

  • Manage asset optimisation and ad setup on the StoreBoost platform.

  • Support the management of our footfall data.

  • Liaise with media owners for campaign delivery and approval.

  • Monitor campaigns and generate reports.

 

Requirements

 

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital delivery management.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Proficient with industry-standard digital software.

  • Analytical and numerate with the ability to interpret data.

  • Resilient and able to respond calmly to challenging situations.

  • Adaptable and open to changing circumstances.
